• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/forms - To create and manage Google Forms.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets - To create a new Google Sheets document which will potentially store the form responses.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.container.ui - To display user interface elements within Google Docs.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email - To identify the user's email address.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.scriptapp - To run scripts within Google Docs.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.send_mail - To send notification emails related to the created form.

We only use these scopes to provide the core functionality of creating forms and inserting links to the forms within your documents. The extension creates form and attaches a link to it to the document. Then user is responsible for sending it out to intended recipient.

We may collect and store your email address for the purposes of providing service support and for marketing communications related to our extensions or other products and services.

ContextOn

This extension enhances chatbot interactions by retrieving content from any URLs the user provides in their prompts to the chatbot. It does this by using content scripts that do not require any special permissions.

We do not collect, store, or transmit any data entered into the chatbot or any personally identifiable information through this extension. All processing happens in your browser, so your data stays on your device. The extension does not collect other browsing data or history not explicitly provided by the user.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected by "Feedback Form for Google Docs" to:

• Enable the creation and management of Google Forms associated with your Google Docs.
• Provide service support related to the extension.
